Waterproofing & Cleaning

Roofing felt eventiually goes brittle and cracks as a result of Ultra Violet degradation, or blisters caused by trapped substrate moisture allowing water to penetrate into the roof substrate. We often use Decothane which has a longer life span than felt and offers total weatherproof protection for at least 25 years. It provides a safer, more effective roofing solution.
